The greatest duo in Hip-Hop/Rap history never misses. I absolutely loved Aquemini Stankonia and Southernplaylistcadilacmusic and I watch/listen to Hip-Hop podcast give ATLiens higher praise then Aquemini and I can understand why. First time listening through & through and this album is just simply incredible. The Production and lyricism is insane. It came with a comic book inside the cover art pamphlet. Outkast truly has one of the most flawless discographies in Hip-Hop/Rap

On "Atliens", Outkast are at their peak. Their debut was good but it didn't have the flow that this album has. From start to finish, there aren't any weak tracks. Both Big Boi and Andre are amazing with their delivery and their guests don't feel like they're making cameos; it all feels like part of the experience. The sound of the music is definitely influenced by Funkadelic, jazz artists, and even has an experimental feel that I haven't heard on many rap albums. The stuff they rhyme about can get really deep and has universal messages. At the same time though, on some tracks the duo rhyme about street life but they try to educate and elevate as they're doing it for the most part. There aren't any bad songs on this, although the remix of Elevators doesn't sound as creative as the original; just some standard hip hop beats. It sounds like both of the guys put their minds and souls into this and it pays off well. Definitely a classic rap album that any fan of hip hop should add to their collection. PS: It gets better with every spin.

Amazing! A beacon of hope! Concept to final product, OutKast are truly out of this world. I can’t believe this album wasn’t mentioned and didn’t win one of those industry recognition awards ceremony🤔 Moving on, Props to Amazon being able to deliver during this never ending pandemic. Thank you!

Came packed in an actual Record shipping box so that was good... It's a very nice album cover so that was important...this Record isn't OutKast's pop style... Like ms. jackson was. This is the original outkast style..like the first album "southernplayalisticcadillacmusic" More of a true Hip-Hop sound vs. a radio friendly unit shifter like their later works...I highly recommend it.
I am a huge fan of Outkast. This was one their first albums that I have ever purchase. I lost the CD, so I bought the digital version. It is the same quality of artistry that I remember. ATLiens is the second album. I like this one more than the first one, but that is of personal opinion. The group is love for their art of story telling. This is huge in the transition from an ordinary rapper to icons. This album is for you if you are a fan of hip-hop. Listen to how the group creates a vibe of rhythm and strings. The group enjoys the challenge of representing the city of Atlanta, Georgia as more than just another southern state. Outkast also made it a hub for culture.

The musicians have it! It's not just the talent up front, but this is a class act with a great band to back it up. Yes it's hip-hop, and there are so many styles out there. These musicians have created their own lane of travel and are comfortable traveling in it. Over time my respect gets higher for what they do. It holds up.

I always bounce between this and Aquemini. I am an artist myself and I would say this and any outkast album has influenced me in my music. This album flows from the first track. Its a very laid back easy listen. I would put it in the category of spacey and intelligent. Outkast knows how to make concious hits, and that in itself is a feat. The album is one of my all time faves. I do have a few i like more, 2 dope Boyz, wheelz of steel, those are some classic tracks. Outkast really pushed the envelope when it came to music. The music they were dropping would sound good if it was released today. If you dig deeper, the whole Dungeon Fam is fire. I would definately recommend this to anyone.
