Sondiko Butane Torch S907, Refillable, Adjustable Flame, Fuel Gauge

I have had $50-$70 torches that have not even come close to oit performing this one. I have had many go up in flames in my had and others that just would never light again. But weather you need a torch for desserts, cooking, cigars, concentrates, or cleaning out your banger, you can stop looking for another torch. I love this torch, why? Because it simply works every time. I would recommend this torch and this is the only one i will recommend. If myself or somebody else were to break Sondiko i would be getting another one, no questions asked.

Not a lot of instructions, but fairly self-explanatory. If you've ever filled a lighter with butane, same thing. However, the picture shows you filling it upside down. Seemed OK at first but rapidly started blasting me with cold butane. Looking at the window (while still holding it upside down) made it look empty. I was frustrated and kept trying for about 10 minutes before I flipped the dang thing right side up and saw that it was filled to the proper line. So it fills quickly. Turn it right side up to look at the window, otherwise you'll see nothing. You can probably get several fills out of one regular sized can of butane. Played with it for a bit, and it didn't use much fuel. It lights with every click. Has a trigger guard to avoid accidental lighting (it is fully removable, so don't lose it if you need it). Enjoy the Engrish on the included paperwork.

Good torch, works as should. The adjustable flame knob works as good. I like my work bench clean and organized. I found a torch holder mount for this on a ETSY site, they offer a magnetic and screw mount holder. This torch works good I will be purchasing another torch and mount.

I just received this and opened it. The last one I bought was stolen. I know, who steals a food torch? Well it happened to me. So, I ordered this one. I opened it and checked it out. It has a eye gauge so that you can tell how much fuel you have left in your torch. That’s great so you don’t have a useless torch in the middle of serving guest. It also has the trigger ignite button. You have to press the trigger for it to have a flame. That is nice so it’s not just going when you don’t want it on. But if you plan to use it for an extended time and don’t want to have to keep pulling the trigger the entire time, there is a lock button to keep it going. As far as I can tell it has all the features you could want on a culinary torch. It arrived on time, and it did come “New”. Everything seems to be perfect. I have not filled it to test it yet so I cannot say if it works or not yet. I will update this once I have used it a few times and I can speak to it working and the durability and quality of it.

I bought this to use to pop bubbles in resin. It doesn't always light the first time and the flame height gauge doesn't seem to be accurate. One time it's fine, the next time too high, the next too low. Like it slips.

Works great. Amazing quality. Can't beat it. Got ones for 10 or 15 at the smoke shop that didn't last a month. This thing I've seen 2 problems since I got two of them. One is just needing to adjust the sparking wire a bit, which happens with all of these eventually, and the other, one couldn't be adjusted, so I had to take it apart and force it to adjust, breaking the knob thing in the process of forcing it up and over the adjustment wheel so much. Tolerances are tight for that. I managed to make it workable, but that was the biggest real problem. Haven't needed replacements yet. I'm guessing it'll be 6 months or so until it feels necessary or desirable and I use these all day every day. I go through at least one full fill of butane a day on each and they're tanks. Can't beat them for the price.

I like the ease of use this touch has. The trigger mechanism is by far a better design than the pull button type. With the gauge on the back it helps to know when to tell it before it is needed. I work in a compact restaurant kitchen so we do not have the space for larger appliances outside of our range, cooler & freezer. We use this torch to melt the cheese on Hoagies we prepare.

I just recently broke my expensive torch and I had to replace it quickly as it is used pretty often. This one is not as powerful as the one I had but for the price you can’t beat it! it works great, it’s not as powerful but it gets the job done. Also be aware of not overfilling with butane as it will flare!
