HomeBuddy Wall Mounted Can Crusher for Recycling - 12 Oz. and 16 Oz. Aluminum and Beer Cans

Just a few notes so peeps are aware: -You'll need to use the wall anchors (provided) to properly install, so you'll need a drill. -Give the can a little squeeze to create a dent before using the crusher, it'll break the can's tension, so it'll crush MUCH easier. (There's probably a kid's science experiment in that now that I think of it!) -The rubber (to help grip the can on the top & bottom) has been coming off in little shreds all over my floor. Which isn't a huge issue, but mine is installed in the kitchen where we have white tile, so it just requires a little attention when cleaning... I might not care if it were installed elsewhere--like a garage...

Set this up on our outside 4x4 post using our own screws. I read reviews before purchasing it and seen a lot of people complain about blowing the rivets out the bottom. One of the reviews mentions squeezing cans before crushing them. That's what we do and we've had no issues with it. Great buy if you squeeze the cans before you crush them.

Seems to be sturdy enough. Nice size, comfortable handle. Will do the job.

Easy to install they send screws but not heavy enough I used my own hardware. Works great!! Crushing cans is easy and effective I drink a 16 ounce can and they take up a lot of room in the trash bin now so much better.

I think my headline says it all. This thing is awesome! We got one, and I got one for my parents as well!

I mounted this upside down next to my recycling bin after getting a LaCroix addiction. (Upside down meaning I pull up to crush). Does the job, a little loud to operate but what do you expect when crushing a can?

Probably my favorite purchase of recent months. My husband rolled his eyes when this arrived. But now he realizes the genius of it! The kids love crushing cans. And, we have to take out our recycling so much left often. We installed it into a stud because it exerts a lot of force. We do use this for 19oz cans as well, takes a little creativity ;). ALSO- I had a friend be like…”can’t you just stomp on the cans to crush them?” Which never occurred to me…but I still love this thing!

Our grandchildren love using this and it does save space in the recycle bin.
