TheraICE Migraine Relief Cap, Hot & Cold Therapy Hat, Gel Ice Pack

I ordered the pink and black combo pack but recieved 2 black wraps instead. Tired of amazon getting things wrong and having to go through the process so I decided to keep it and just write our names on the bags they come in to tell them apart. They do have a very vinegary smell that I am hoping will go away. Aside from all that, they are very nice for migraines or even just for cooling down. Took a star off for not getting what I ordered and the smell of the wraps.

it says to put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use, but honestly if you just leave it out, it is still cold! i personally do not like freezing products on my head, especially on my eyes, thats why i do not put it in the freezer. def would recommend if you like the pressure for headaches. i normally fall asleep with it on.

The only reason this doesn’t get five stars is that it doesn’t stay cold as long as I usually need. It does stay quite cold for a decent time (I believe it lasted about 35-45 minutes each time I have used it so far), but many times, I need to lay on an ice pack against my temples or along the nerve near the ear for upwards of an hour and a half before the migraine reaches the level it drops below my pain threshold again (I have a remarkably high one to begin with, so this works against it to be as clear in my review as I can). But, this product gets all the rest right: it is the right size for stretching around various head sizes; it gives just the right amount of pressure/resistance against my temples/head to provide some relief from pain/tension; the fabric is comfortable and never grew uncomfortable; it effectively blocked the light out the way I would need when light-sensitive. I bought two more for backups. I do recommend this.

Overall, the cap feels nice however, it doesn’t look like the picture. The polar bears are barely noticeable and for some reason my cap doesn’t even have the logo. Hopefully it’s not a knock off.

I am a migraine sufferer and lately they’ve taken a turn for the worse. I always have a lavender eye pillow on hand which is soothing but gets hot quickly. With so many positive reviews i wanted to try this. It feels heavenly and puts pressure in just the right places. If i put it in the freezer it feels way too cold but the fridge gives it that cooling sensation without hurting your ears. I took a star off because i thought it was adjustable but it fits the average adult head fine. I think it’s overpriced for what it is but is also very convenient. Get 2 so you can alternate when one gets back down to room temperature which happens quickly. A dark color is essential for keeping light out.

Love this! Super cold, stays in place and feels very relaxing and refreshing. Don’t put it at all in the freezer though. Made that mistake and it didn’t freeze solid but I was so cold it could give you frost bite if not careful!

My only complaint with this product is that I wish it stayed cold longer. It’s freezing to the touch when you get it out of the freezer but looses that cold feeling within the hour. I love that this is made to pull down over your eyes, blocking light is a huge bonus! I love that this is hands free if you still need to do something. You’re not walking around holding this to your neck or forehead. Overall fantastic product

This is awesome!!! I read the reviews before I bought it and they are right it does smell a little odd but not enough to be a bother and the light and sound relif and pressure that it applies is amazing. Nice and cool
