I have severe PTSD, which has become increasingly worse over the past three years. I enjoy the taste. Kind of like a strong grape flavor. I do feel slightly more at easy after taking them. I have been taking one twice a day instead of two at once. I took two together for the first time today. But I didn’t notice a huge difference than just taking one. I notice they help more if I am sitting or laying down. I have been having a lot of anxiety every day. These do take some of that away for a few hours. I have not noticed any negative side effects. I do recommend trying them if you want a little relief.
