In combination with ginkgo, choline seems to raise my strength fair amount. And fair amount meaning if I take the minimum dose of choline and gingko. I have a neuromuscular autoimmune disorder and I have to take these kinds of supplements. I did some research and I was able to find out that this supplement as well as the ginkgo may help my neuro muscular function better and it seems like it does strengthen it just a bit. I don't know if that's imaginary or hopeful thinking but it seems like if I could raise the dose instead of just doing a minimum on both of the supplements, I could probably have my strength back. But even just a little amount seems to be doing something for me. Which means that a bigger amount might do something bigger for me. But I'm really afraid to take larger doses because I don't know exactly what it's going to do to me but slowly I will raise the dosage just ever so slightly to see if it continues to help my muscles and my nervous system.

It tastes pretty bad. I like apple flavored things but you can definitely taste the supplement

My wife has been taking during pregnancy and likes it. We know choline has been shown to have positive effect on brain health of child during pregnancy, as recommend by ACOG, and she couldn’t get the increased amount needed through her diet or prenatals. This is also one of the few gummy options out there that is much more palatable than taking large pills (she’s already taking several of those for her prenatal). Flavor is a bit tart and the gummies do stick as others have said, but not a big issue for us.
I've been taking this regularly for a while. Now, I have no way of measuring what good, if any, this Choline is doing for me. But, they have not been unpleasant to taste and I like to think they're helping. I just received my 3rd (or 4th) bottle and the taste is completely different, though the product label is the same. Now, I'm not sure if I will order these again. They're inedible. Has anyone else noticed any inconsistencies?
I have been purchasing this product since this spring when I got pregnant and was great until the last three times I bought it - twice from Amazon and once from target. The current batch is rancid. I highly recommend not buying this product even if the expiration date says Nov 2024. That’s what my last 3 bottles said. I’ll be switching to a pill for this vitamin and unfortunately have been without for over a month now because of this issue.
My doctor asked me to take it for a few months, so I bought three bottles. It is definitely sour at the first a few days, then I’m fine.

Hard to find a chewable choline supplement. The taste is a bit sour, like sour apples. Almost as sour as a Warhead candy, at times. But if you can get beyond that, they're good! Easy to take and I'm grateful for a chewable choline supplement.
