I haven't used the bottles yet but appear to be useful in the way that I need. They were packaged well and there was no breakage.

These are the perfect bottles for making homemade vanilla extract. The beans fit inside perfectly without having to cut them. I used a small funnel to pour in the liquid and the attached stoppers were easy to install. Now, all I need to do is shake the bottle each week or two for the next several months and soon I'll have vanilla!

One bottle broke slightly where the metal retainer fits into the glass. Some sort of rubber isolater between the metal and the glass I think would have prevented this.

Made out of a thick glass and the lids seems sturdy too. Sometimes it can be pretty tough to actually pop them open, but I use them for kombucha so the airtight factor is a good thing.

Excellent quality bottles. Plastic stoppers that I wish were ceramic but good gaskets. Little on the small size but this is what I was after. Wouldn't hesitate to order again.
