This TV does not come with a stand or wall attachment. You will need to buy those separately. It has a fan to keep it cool which impacts sound a little. The fan is needed to keep the TV cool on a hot day and prolong its life. The picture quality and brightness are very good. It is best to get a sound bar if you do not intend to wire the TV into your sound system as the built in speakers produce sound that is a bit distorted with a (sometimes) rattle. Netflix and Prime and some other services are built in but if you want Apple TV, for example, you will need to stream from a firestick or the like. You can't download them but there is a streaming option built in. The after sales service could not have been better.

The television is extremely well crafted and has exceeded expectations for build quality. It has a great picture and the sound has been superb, even without a soundbar. I would happily have rated it a 5 star if the ability to add and subtract streaming app was part of its UI. While screenshare does allow me to cast from my phone, having this resource would push this television to the next level. Over all, I'm still very pleased with the product and will check their website in the future to see if there any firmware updates that give us more app versatility.

Great picture. Box seems to be put together well and so far has weathered a couple of storms. *with cover. Awful speakers. Be prepared to add an additional sound option.

Pricey, but built to be used outside. It has a metal frame around the screen, cabling is all underneath with a foam(ish) section to allow the cables to be connected without exposing them to the elements. Our TV is on a mobile stand inside a covered deck with one wall exposed to the outside. Heat and humidity hasn't been an issue but we haven't had it long enough to subject it to freezing temperatures. All of the expected smart apps are available, internet wireless connection is fine. I was expecting for the antenna tuner to do a little better since we have an indoor TV on a similar antenna that picks up more local channels. Will be upgrading the antenna to hopefully pick up the rest of the locals.

I had an issue with the TV, the sound did not work. I did reach out to customer service and spoke with Maggie, and she promptly took care of the issue. She exchange the TV no questions asked. The new TV came in and is working without issue. That’s far and has a great picture. Very impressed with the customer service as she made the process seamless

The outdoor tv arrived on time and secure. I had fundamental questions to ensure the TV worked as I expected and after a few conversations with the support team I was contacted by Maggie who made the experience much better.
