Sales Secrets was the perfect blend of actionable sales tips and mindset tips. A lot of the tips were repeated throughout the book, which was refreshing. You start to notice the pattern of sales secrets, which you can’t Jen apply. This book is definitely in my top 3 of all time, regardless of genre/ topic. A must read for any business professional.

he will not give you a solution to follow it. i dont recommended it
Brandon Bornancin has collected and curated timeless and timely wisdom and tips from exceptionally successful and generous leaders and created this easy-to-read compendium of essential behaviors of high performing sales people. I believe that every reader will take away ideas that will make them even more successful, and that will improve their client's and your lives. Bottom line: buy it, read it, earmark your favorite pages and refer to it when you need a boost.
I am only on page 29 and as a person new to sales I have thus far read some insightful tips that may help me. But my GAWD the typos, misspellings and weird transitions from 3rd person to 1st person without any warning makes me wonder how bright this guy is! If he’s made millions could he not afford to hire a copy editor or proofreader before he published the darn book? I read one sentence three times before I realized it didn’t make sense because the word “home” should have been the word “how”. I will continue reading and may upgrade my rating if I get more value than frustration from reading it.
One of the many secrets of success is learning from others who have gone before you. This book is an amazing compilation of advice from today’s sales experts giving you the opportunity to do just that. You can read it from cover to cover and take away insights you’ll use for the rest of your sales career. Or you can treat it like a buffet where you can pick and choose the specific advice you need on motivation, attitude, prospecting, presenting, closing, objection handling, negotiating, and many other areas. If you want the financial rewards a career in sales can give you, then you owe it to yourself to read this book!
2021 I set a goal for myself to read 36 books and Sales Secret was book number 33 (which I just finished) and I have to say it has been the most impactful so far. The lessons I learned from top sales leaders is something I can't really put into words. My biggest take away though is after 25 years in sales I may exhibit a lot of the skills discussed but I definitely have not mastered any of them. Learning that these skills can impact my life so much has set me down a path of mastery. I'm so excited to see where I end up.
I love the topic of sales. I bought this book, sight unseen, because I wanted to read about the secrets of multiple successful salespeople. I was not disappointed. The book details the lives and histories of over 100 of the most successful modern salespeople in America. There are a lot of people in the book who either work for the same company or are recycled, and there are a lot of type-o's and editing mistakes within the book, but the content shines through. The book is separated into different categories based on what part of the sales world you're working in. I love to read this during the six-minute gap between when I turn on my computer and when I log on. Very fun to read.
The thing is - everyone must have sales understanding, no matter what you do in life. Tactics and techniques involved can help you from professional to daily communication needs. This is something I wish I was able to understand sooner. But hey - better later than never! With that said - surely, sales specific bookS will get you into the path eventually. But do you have time it takes to collect the best practices? With the different perspectives shared in this book, what you most importantly can do - handpick the ones which suits you the best. Keep in mind - its not only sales related topics - its a collection of valuable tips. While there are various suggestions, depending on how much you do read/learn/practice, without a doubt - some ideas might be not new to you. However, what I noticed is that very often - the things which you know "by default" can be ignored automatically. Thus, its a good read for both - novices and experienced pros as well.
