Amazon Basics 12lb Hexagon Workout Dumbbell Hand Weight

I actually had to buy 2 other sets on Amazon, and return them, until I found these. The key for me (and it may or may not be so for others) is the diameter and length of the bar. They are all different, and it took me 3 times to find the right fit for my hands. These are great. When you shop the hundreds of choices on Amazon, be careful of the length (some are too long) and the diameter (some are too fat). I feel like the Three Bears: These are JUST right.

I use the 5 pound weights daily to rebuild upper body arm strength. The weights are easy to use and to keep clean. If you want to continue to lift and carry you must not lose muscle strength. I know that now. I highly recommend this manufacturer’s product.

Bought this to use on my Peloton and on my Pilates reformer. Well made. Nice color and the rubberized coating makes them comfortae in my hands.

These dumbbells get the job done. They have a no slip grip which really helps when you are working with them for a long period of time. My daughter and I love these and the price is great!

I weighed each of these 5lb weights to check for accuracy and they both weighed a bit less than 5lbs. Each one of them weighed a different weight as well as being under-weight. Since I'm using them for after surgery recovery, the accuracy of weight wasn't paramount so I kept them. I had also purchased the 1lb and 3lb weights, and both sets were accurate in weight. The quality seems good and they're comfortable to hold.
